How to request
Log in to your Glade account and request via your mobile app or web dashboard. If you do not have a business account on Glade, you can open one here, it literally takes 5 minutes.
The Procedures
- After making a request, you will receive a phone call from the POS sales team to confirm your details.
- A confirmation email is sent to you to inform you about the processing stage(payment options and to collect your delivery information).
- When payment is confirmed, the POS terminal will be sent to your location via a reliable logistics service—delivery expenses will be covered by you.
- The processing and delivery of the POS terminal take 3 working days.
- The POS sales team will track the success of your POS terminal delivery.
- The relevant documents to set up and install the POS Terminal will also be delivered to you.
The POS terminals can also be used by network agents to provide banking services in their local community.
